The New South Wales Regional Committee of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists will conduct a Primary Refresher Course in Anaesthesia from Monday 13th – Friday 24th, 2008, in the Large Conference Room, KPEC Centre, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Missenden Rd., Camperdown, Sydney, Australia.

The Course (commencing at 8.00-8.30am and continuing until approximately 5.30-6.00pm) will be run largely on a seminar-tutorial basis with short answer questions and trial vivas and is for those candidates intending to sit for the Primary Examination in the first part of 2009.  A set of questions will be provided before the commencement of the Course and candidates are advised to go through these questions to enable them to obtain maximum benefit from the Course.  In addition, a comprehensive set of supplementary notes and lectures notes will be given to each participant at the commencement of the Course.

The registration fee (incl gst) is A$330 (1 week) / A$660.00 (2 weeks).  Morning and afternoon tea will be provided.  Early written application enclosing remittance together with a passport-sized photograph (for identification purposes during the Course) should be sent to the Course Co-ordinator (details below). 

APPLICATIONS CLOSE on Friday 3^rd October, 2008 (if not filled prior).  The number of participants for the Course will be limited.  Late applications will be considered only if vacancies exist.  No refunds will be issued after Thursday 9^th October, 2008.
